Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 4, 2026

CallPlay ("we") runs the CallPlay service (website and mobile apps) to help you find sports venues and matches. This policy describes what we collect and why. Our Terms of Use describe the rules for using the service. For other questions, use Contact.

Account and profile

If you sign up or sign in, we store account details you provide or that your sign-in provider shares (for example email and display name), your sport preferences, and related profile data needed to run the service (favorites, match participation, etc.).

Location

The iOS app may request access to your device location while you use the app to show nearby venues and relevant map content. You can deny access; some features may be limited. Location is used to provide the service, not sold to data brokers.

Photos and content

If you upload images or submit venue or match information, we store that content to display it in the product and to operate community features you choose to use.

Technical data

We use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in sessions (for example session cookies on the web). Servers may log standard technical information (IP address, timestamps, errors) for security and reliability.

Retention and deletion

We keep data as long as your account exists and as needed for legal obligations. You can delete your CallPlay account yourself at any time: in the iOS app use Profile → Social → Delete account; on the web, open Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. For data questions that are not handled by deleting your account, use Contact.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top will change when we do.
